Your guest identity is saved in your browser so you can return to your private games. Clearing browser storage or using another browser can create a different identity.
Product analytics
When enabled, Seasons Poker sends explicit events to PostHog to understand visits, room entry, play, and connection problems. Homepage events use a random visit ID. In the game, events use a guest ID and a random session ID, with categories for device and referrer; room and hand events include their generated IDs.
Analytics payloads exclude names, invitation links and tokens, cards, credentials, full URLs, and report messages. The site loads no PostHog SDK, autocapture, or session replay.
Help and reports
Use Help / Report a Problem in the Main Menu for bugs, questions, or suggestions. Reports are sent separately from analytics and include the text and optional contact details you submit. Email seasonspoker@gmail.com.
